Directions: Apply lash twice a day. Apply to dry lashes only. Start at the base of your lashes and gently wiggle upward. Be careful, not get it into the eyes. Allow 90 seconds to dry. Can be used on eyebrows too, as this has helped many our customers grew their eyebrows. Make sure to focus on the roots of your eyelashes and brows. Please use daily and allow sufficient time for the serum to work.You can apply mascara over this serum if you want. It's actually also a good primer and conditioner before mascara, it makes it easy and smooth to apply. You only need to apply a thin layer of serum and wait a little bit for it to dry, then apply mascara over this. I also use it as a brow gel in emergencies, when my normal one runs out.
